It is not possible to make a diagnosis of your mental development just by the history provided.

If you have the insight that makes you think that you have a neurological condition, then it is more likely that you may be normal, but may have psychological issues like stress, anxiety or a speech disorder.

You can consult a psychologist and a speech therapist who can make a proper assessment and provide a proper opinion.
