Last night my hubby and I started talking about why we think so many marriages end in divorce. With the religious and womans empowerment issues set aside, this is what we came up with.......
It's all about the feathers! The male peacock raises his beautiful feathers to attract a mate. So do we. We got dressed up, put on some extra make-up....a little more perfume.... the tightest jeans we could squeeze out butts into. All to attract our mate. Why is it that after we are married or settled down that we forget about our feathers?? Granted, in 10, 20, 50 years from now, my feathers may not be as good as they used to be LOL but g.d I'm gonna have some feathers!!!!! And I'm gonna flaunt them!!!
Last night, we promised each other to always show our feathers!!!!

just thought I'd share.
