attacks of sweating, dizziness, heart pounding, and shaking

I've been getting these "attacks" recently, of sweating, dizziness, heart pounding, and shaking, I get them maybe once or twice a week, and they last about 10-20 minutes. I know this is a sign of low blood sugar, but this has happened even after a meal. I've also been feeling very dizzy at night. After reading about this on the internet it looks like symptoms of hypoglycemia, but I'm only 19, and I'm in pretty good shape.

Any alcohol use that has suddenly stopped? I have the same symptoms but my blood sugar doesn't actually get lower than 70. Sounds a lot like "adrenergic postprandial syndrome" where your sugar thermostat triggers too high or you have an adrenaline sensitivity.

I will be investigating my situation with an endocrinologist soon. You should see one too. GP docs are usually too general to give you good advice in my opinion.

could be anxiety too.The heart beats harder after eating, and maybe you start worrying and then get anxiety attacks?
