Attack not caused by stress ?

I had a pretty serious anxiety attack today which caused me to begin thinking about past attacks that I have ignored. This attack in particular was not caused by anything, I have not been stressed about anything in particular. This morning I began to get very shakey and jittery, I was visibly shaking, I was blinking very quickly and my eyes were moving all over the place looking at everything. I was dizzy and felt like I could pass out. I was talking very fast and I did not feel right at all.

In the past I have had attacks where it sounds like there are a lot of people around me talking very loudly, but in reality no one is talking at all and it is very quiet. This has happened several times and I have never been able to explain it. Has anyone ever had this happen before? And has anyone ever had an attack that was not really caused by any stressful thing in particular?

Anxiety can be set off by simply nothing, and it is different for everyone. But hearing things is a hallucination. Have you heard voices before or just the time when you heard people talking?

I've felt that same exact way. Good luck.
