I have Schizophrenia (soon to be diagnosed), OCD, severe depression, severe anxiety, had suicidal thoughts, and insomnia (all diagnosed) so I'm pretty broken for a 13-year-old. Recently I've been okayish with some psych meds for Schizophrenia and anxiety which also helps with my depression (Schiz meds are working not anxiety). But my question is that recently at night my soul is completely restless which makes my anxiety worse so I pace for 30 minutes straight for the first time since the beginning of the summer. I lay on the ground trying to thinking that might help (IDK why). But if I lay down and try to sleep I feel that my body is... suffocating from the inside out, restlessness without stopping, high anxiety, which is making my depression go crazy. I can't lay down and do nothing without feeling this. I'm going to have another mental break down if I can't get this fix and to top it off school starts on the 15th. I left in January to go to a mental hospital and been home schooled since. After the hospital, I got worse over the summer but have recently been feeling okayish. Until the past few nights. What can I do to fix this???
