I am currently 46 years old and have not had a period for one year four months when I was 44. I very rarely attend the doctors surgery for anything and I keep generally good health and fitness. Should I be concerned??
Thank you

Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms could be suggestive of possibility of menopausal onset. Consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for evaluation and hormonal tests to confirm if you are menopausal. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. If indicated, you might be started on HRT (hormonal replacement therapy).
Take care.
