About 5 years ago i had a lump pop up in my right armpi. Doc said it was infected hair. Well from time to time it would flare up i would take an antibiotic and it would clear up the lump would return to its size frist notice size about three mouths ago i popped it got some pus and blood with foul oder doc put me on meds the lump it very small now but since then,i have been have armpit pain and breast pain there are days when the pain is faint and day there is no pain and day the pain is pretty bad. I noticed that it hurt alot when i sweat. Im 34 year old female

Since you have already had numerous courses of antibiotics, it may be time to have something done about the cyst itself.

You may need to see a dermatologist or a surgeon.

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Its due to inflammation. I would suggest you simple pain killers like advil.
