Hi! Long story short I had a slight panic attack 2 days ago, my right hand started shaking vigorously and now whenever I tend to get nervous my right hand to my mid forearm hurts. It feels as if one vein is just throbbing from my middle finger to half way down my forearm. This only happens when I get nervous or anxious. Is this normal?

I would like to share my experience about your problem. Exercise is the best solution of your problem. Otherwise you can take Ultram Tablet for muscle relaxation.

Thanks

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Anxiety can cause numbness and pain in extremities. Take some anxiolytics and supportive care. Psychotherapy sessions will help.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
