area around left testicle larger than right...

hii, i am 24. the area around left testicle has become equal to my fist. this area enlarges some times and some times specially when i swim for hour, it becomes small equal with the right(testicle) part. but after some time it enlarges again. my both testicles are around same size. but this portion worries me. i can press it. it is not hard. it seems like there are some tube like structures.... do i have to worry?? is it normal??

I read your question and i understand your concern. You are giving a likely presentation of testicular hydrocele with varicocele. Its just like varicose veins but of pampineform plexus of testicles. These are can be easily managed with scrotal support if low grade other wise a simple surgery is going to fix it. No worries. Seek a urologist or a general surgeon and let them help you in this regard.
