Hi, Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

S ebaceous cyst is a small cystic swelling filled with a soft, whitish brown material that sometimes oozes out onto the skin's surface. This material is called sebum. Treatment includes small surgical opening into the skin and removing the sac and the contents of the cyst.

They are not harmful but are cosmetically unpleasant and may cause pain if infected.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
