Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The effects of the hormones contained in your hormonal contraceptive usually gets out of your body within few months time, but your fertility/ovulation may take about 1.5 years to return (the longer you are on hormonal birth control use, the longer it would take your symptoms to subside and fertility/ovulation to return). Drinking plenty of water every day, eating lots of fresh raw organic vegetables, drinking raw vegetable juice, sweating in a steam room or sauna, getting lots of exercise and fresh air might be of help. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
