does anyone have any home remodys -food,drinks,vitamins- or simple things that can help reduce anxiety problems. iv tried B-complex and B12 vitamins and they helped a little but if there's any remodys you guys use to help you cope with your anxiety on a day to day bases that would be so helpful.

If there is a medicine you take that would be helpful as-well but i try to avoid pills and things such as that as much as possible.

Probiotics for Anxiety

Stress and anxiety can definitely take a toll on the body. Recent studies show that taking a daily probiotic can reduce stress and decrease the amount of corticosterone, a stress hormone, produced.

Although it is not conclusive that probiotics can replace medications for anxiety or stress, alternative treatments, like probiotics, can treat the symptoms of it.
