anxiety - thinking I will not wake up in the morning

I am starting to have the worst anxiety attacks I have had in a very very long time, I can't sleep because every little pain, different heartbeat or whatever sends me into thinking I will not wake up in the morning. I have shakes bad when I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning..
Just recently I have been sick with what we thought was my gallbladder going bad, all test and everything came back normal and they're telling me its acid reflex bad. I burp uncontrollably at times and I wonder if its from that or from stress worrying that something is gonna happen to me. I get chest pains too bad especially on my right side I've had 2 ekgs done and they come back normal. I don't know what else to do i don't eat like I should, I don't get out of the house unless its to go to the Dr I just really miss my old life!! I am taking meds for the anxiety but yet I am still living in constant fear..

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
You would need psychotherapy sessions like CBT besides medications to combat this problem.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
