Have you ever been so anxious that you are afraid to move? Literally, afraid to move. I also have a huge aversion to water. I get cleaned up in the bathroom sink! Please don't make fun of me for that. I wash every day. I just can't get in the bathtub or shower. Help! I think my increased dose of Zoloft is making me more anxious! I've been on 100mg for 3 weeks and the anxiety is not subsiding.

Hi daryld,
anxiety is “a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome.” Occasional anxiety is part of normal life. However, people with anxiety disorders experience frequent, intense and excessive worry and fear about everyday situations.Sometimes Anxiety disorders also encompass sudden anxiety attacks or panic attack.
try this home remedies to free from anxious:
1)Exercise helps to reduce stress
2)Avoid alcohol and other sedatives. Alcohol and other sedatives may help you numb your senses and drown your anxiety for the time being, but they worsen anxiety in the long run.
3)Quit smoking and drinking coffee.
4)Sleep is a priority
5)Healthy eating habits like fruits, grain and fish may help to reduce anxiety.
