Anxiety, Migraines and moving

Hi all,
My name is Elisha.
I'm here to ask and talk about anxiety.
I'm not 100% sure I have anxiety but what ive read on pages it explains what I'm going through.
I get daily migraines which uncludes meducation but it doesn't always work.
I belive my anxiety is getting worse.
if I'm way from my house ill get terrible migraines. whether its jut that or no. even if I'm out of the house for 5 mins ill get the dizziness and sicklyn feeling. imalso in the prosess of moving school and house. My parent have split but that doesn't bother me at all. I live happily with my mother, sister and my mothers boyfriend. I also get migraines in school, I cant cope 2 mins in school with a mild migraine. There such a destraction. I get shining lights and spots in my eyes. I cant walk straight and cant stay awake. ive been to the doctors and they've given me meds. My anxiety stops me from doing a lot of things. every year we get a chance to stay a couple of days in a bootcamp but my anxiety stops me from doing all,id been once but had to come home early. I went this year ut I couldn't feel myself my migraine was horrible and id never had one like that before.as I was saying I don't have the best realationship with my farther nor my grandother. ive always been mams girl and ALWAYS NEVER LIKED MY DAD. when I move id be living about two hours away from my farther but moving school is horrible. I don't want to lose some of my friends ive known since we were 2 years old. So yeah thanks for reading and please get back soon.

You would need cognitive behavioural therapy sessions in order to have stress free life.
