Since my anxiety atacks started 4/5 weeks ago, i have not been able to have sex. I did try once a week ago but my pulse started getting faster so i stopped - i'm guessing that was more phsycological than anything else.

The attacks have eased off a bit now thank goodness - can anyone recommend how long i should wait before trying again?

Don't wait. The longer you postpone dealing with a sexual issue the greater your pressure to perform. If you feel you are better then resume your normal routine as you had before.
