I get it
Hi I'm 12 weeks and this has been the hardest thing I have ever experienced.
I have extreme depression, anxiety, irritation, and annoyance with everyone around me.
I was previously on celexa before I found out I was pregnant I was immediately taken off.
I have a great support system but I have never felt so alone in my life

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i understand your concern.Mood swings and crying are normal part of pregnancy du to harmones jazzed up. Stress and anxiety during pregnancy can increase a woman's risk of miscarriage, preterm delivery, and giving birth to a baby that is low birth weight, so keep yourself fresh and in touch with nature and family, friends and loved one and remain busy.

Take care
