anus sting badly during and after bowel movement?

Why does the inside of my anus sting so badly during and after a bowel movement?
After I have a bowel movement the stinging is so bad and lasts all day.
My anus stings 24 hours a day the past few weeks. I do eat very healthy and felt it's a fissure or hemorrhoids. The stinging prevents me from sitting, sleeping and standing in one spot.
I do have bright blood on tp. I did strain a lot over a month ago during a bm and feel it has something to do with it. Passing gas even stings often.

Hemorrhoids Answer A28505
Hi, welcome to the ehealth forum and I am glad to help you.
You seem concerned by the stinging inside your anus all day long especially during and after a bowel movement.
There seems to be the possibility of anorectal problems in your case especially the anal fissure/ hemorrhoids. You need to consult a surgeon for rectal examination and proctoscopy if indicated and possible for definitive diagnosis as the same is not possible online.
Hope this helps. Take care.
