I am 14 and i think i am depressed. When i was born i was diagnosed with hypotrophic cardiomyopathy (heart disease) and noonans syndrome (lazy eyelid). I have 2 brothers 1 is depressed and the other is on drugs. My parents are divorced. When i started primary school people started taking the mick calling me names due to the lazy eye and same with secondary school. I have been singled out alot because of my heart conditions like in pe. My brother feels left out as my mum is watching over me constantly so i feel i am partly to blame for his depression. My friends take the mick sometimes but they do go to far (eg there was a romour i watched porn on my psp). I feel people dont take me seriously and i have never had a girlfriend. Sometimes i get really paranoid like i dont feel my m8s are my m8s they are just there to take the mick.

Hey Bro,

you know you can allow all that stuff to get you down or you can stand up to all the bulls***. But believe me dont beat yourself up over the things in ur life. remember rumors are rumors they are just bulls*** nothing else. And tell ur friends youre tired of the constant crap they give you and if it gets worse than they arent really ur mates are they! youll become much more respectable when you can stand upp to the constant hammering and prove them wrong in ur strongholds! and gain some self confidence in the things you do! And a more selfconfident successful guy who is true to himself should help you out with the girlfriend issue, and she will present herself to you when you least expect it! And DONT SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF bro!
