Hi I'm 21yo I have rectal bleeding for months
Anal pain is increasing at first was during bum now all day
I'm not constipated normal bowelmovments thin and drink water
No alcohol no smoking
I'm also bloated tummy getting fat and fatigue I feel tired all the time
No anemia
What's wrong with me I'm worried I can feel a lump internal.there's nothing visible external doctor had seen now sending me to a gastro specialist.is it serious??!
