An Art for the first line and patients

That could become the front line nursing care? Some foreign experiences (English, Canadian, Swedish, Dutch) are interesting and should be attempted at home. In these countries, nurses are the first to evaluate the patient and possibly lead to the general practitioner (according to 'tri' / primary care), they are allowed to prescribe the actions and interventions that are within the art of nursing (real autonomy / respect for authority) and they are allowed to make and prescribe a specific list of medical procedures and medications within certain protocols conducted in collaboration with companies of General Medicine (Medical Economics). The modern telecommunications also facilitate this type of operation.
