Why am I having an ache in my muscle area of my chest? I am female

I don't know where your "muscle area of my chest" is. Indeed, the entire chest is surrounded by muscles. In order to attempt to answer your question you will have to be more specific about your "ache" - where it is, when it occurs, what brings it on, what relieves it, does pressure in the area make it worse, etc.
