My last period wad june 16 i expect to have my period on july 11 but july 4 i have spotting and july 5 looks like a dot. I just waited my period but dont have it. We went for the check up and requested me for tranvaginal ultrasound..the result was like these.. thickened endimetrium,nabothian cyst and unremarkable right ovary..i consulted what is all about it..OB said nothing to worry about nabothian cyst she said i will give you medicine to take..she gave me duphaston and follic acid..then have my pregnancy test..july 24 my pt was positive one line is clear and the other line was not totally as clear but it has a line..she said repeat your pt after 3 days so i did and it was negative that was july 27, same date when she said have a serum pregnancy test.. and it appear as negative again..i was worried because all appeared as negative but still i dont have my menses(period) late afternoon around 5pm of same date july 27 i was bleeding..i inform my OB and she said take clomiphene fertyl on your 2nd day of bleeding.. i was asking about this..and she said it was my menses already..i dont understand why i was bleeding after 42 days? And my regular menses was 3 to 4 days but it happend during 5 to 6 days and it looks brownish color on my 7 days..whats going on?i still felt the crampings of my legs and hips also my waistline..i feel something breaking inside.

Welcome to this forum.
You were pregnant and that pregnancy was failing. That is the reason of a faint positive pregnancy test result and a delayed next cycle. Don't worry. You will have a regular cycle soon and yes, try for a next pregnancy after three months at least.
