My period arrived 1 week late. Am i pregnant? I have unprotected sex but my boyfriend did not come inside me. I saw it. I even had sleepless nights and unbalanced eating diets due to busy in school and work. Does it affect my health? Now i have my period. Is it safe to say that im not pregnant? Thank you.

Yes, generally if a woman has her periods, which are same as her usual periods in terms of blood flow and duration, it is pretty safe to say that she is not pregnant. Period can delay due to stress-both physical and mental.

If you lead a hectic life, then pay good attention to your diet. Eat healthy nd drink plenty of fluids. Also, if you plan to be sexually active, then use a birth control, apart from pull out method.
Just to be doubly sure, take a pregnancy test and see.
