Am I Pregnant? Please Help!!!

Hi. I am 19 years old and I am on Tri-Lo Sprintec Birth Control pills. I have recently started taking it regularly as I stopped for a month due to running out of refills. I usually start my period in the first two weeks of the month (lately on the 6th, and my cycle is close to 26 days). My boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex for the past two weeks (August 25th to September 10th) with the use of spermicide. I have taken all of my 21 birth control pills, so I assume that I am protected. I have started bleeding/spotting on September 10th with severe cramps that force me to lay down, and they have persisted into today. Yesterday, my bleeding was dark brown which it usually is with a bit of pink? , and today my blood was red/dark red. Earlier today when I had sex with my boyfriend, a lot of blood came out. In the evening when I was peeing, I had a huge blood clot pass through, which I am very worried about. I do not feel fatigue or nauseous. All of my tests are negative, and this is usually the time my period comes around. Can this be because of my birth control pills (breakthrough bleeding), menstruation or am I pregnant?

You were taking birth control pills and using spermicide all through your August cycle so your sex was not exactly unprotected, just condomless. You are not complaining of any early pregnancy signs. Maybe you are having an unusual menstruation because of the one month skip in bc pills. I don't think you are pregnant, but if you wish you can run a home pregnancy test just to relieve your mind.
