Surmi, it's difficult to encourage you to think of pregnancy with a negative test on CD39. To be sure you could repeat the test in another week. The symptoms you describe could be caused by something else, like an ovarian cyst. The usual advice is to seek help from a fertility doctor after a year of trying. There might be a simple fix. Do you know the signs of ovulation and can you tell when that is each month - most often 14 days before your next period. Some women in your situation try temperature charting to get a better fix on that. Sperm from the few days before ovulation have the best chance of success. Good luck!
