Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
If there was no semen of pre-cum entering vagina, and you are not in your fertile period (time of egg release form ovary) the pregnancy might not result. Taking emergency contraception within first 72 hours of the unprotected intercourse/sexual act helps in preventing pregnancy. Do not worry, wait and watch. You should get bleeding within 5-7 days of taking the pills (if you were not close to your menstrual period) or wait for your next periods to come.
If you intend to remain sexually active, then consider getting started on regular birth control measures. Visit your gynecologist to see which would be best suited for you.
Take care.
