I am seeing a doctor for hormone imbalances. Did the saliva test and they're really out of whack. She has put me on the following vitamins, taking 2 months to meet the expected dosage because of acute gastritis. I feel horrible. She also expects me to incorporate Niacin, 300mg daily along with Spironalactone which is supposed to lower my testosterone levels & DHEA. Wondering if she knows what she's talking about and has considered whether these can be taken together? The list is as follows, with the dosages and including my prescription medication. Thanks and blessings.

Extremely eHealthy
hi, sometimes u get a dr that ignores u and sometimes u get lucky but the problem here is u don't seem to appreciate what only 1 in-a-thousand get from the dr.
what u can do now is
drink 16 ounces of water morning and night
buy pro-biotics (best price vitamin store) and take at minimum 100 billion culture counts daily for 2 months
AND U MIGHT GET LUCKY, u might find your entire body works better
BTW, drink water (tap is best) and NO SODA
hope u do well and if u incorporate the gist of the change u will do great
