I always headache and my nose have blood it out, so I can't sleep well. What sign of this cause? How can I do? What kind of medicine for use?

I appreciate your concern

Headache can be due to a number of causes and varies for each type. It can be related to sinusitis or eye strain associated with weak eye sight. It can be associated migraine ,tension or cluster headache. The epistaxis or nose bleed can be due to a local cause in the nasal mucosa e.g due to erosion, finger picking etc. You can take naproxen sodium or Tylenol for now and consult your doctor for a detailed examination regarding the other causes.
