I'm always dreaming whenever I'm asleep. It doesn't matter how long or short I've slept, due to the dreaming, I'm always tired whenever I wake up. The dreams I have are mostly about things that I see or think about during my waking hours. I have been experiencing this since before my teens. I have never had a dreamless sleep before. I'm a female in my 30s. Is this a mental disorder? If so would visiting a psychiatrist help?

Hello,
Dreaming is not any mental disorder as per my think. I read somewhere what we are looking and experiencing in whole day on that we thinking so much and that is what we are doing in sleep also.
So this is called dreaming...
