Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. I can understand the pain and agony which you’re going through.

The presence of a heart murmur and high blood pressure doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ll need to undergo another heart surgery.

First and foremost is to assess the kind and severity of the murmur which you’ve got.

If the murmur is not having any deleterious effect on the functioning of the heart, there need not be any concern about the same.

For the same, I’ll suggest getting an echocardiography and Doppler done. Please consult a cardiologist for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
