all my life i've been angry, moody, jelous, suspicious...

am 23years of age, and all my life i've been angry, moody, jelous, always suspicious. I dont even know how to smile. Please help.

Variations in the moood and anger are part of the human nature but if these symptoms are invariably present throughout then it requires attention.Anxiety can also be a cause and part of this.You need to find out the main cause of these symptoms whether there is any underlying trauma(mental or physical) which has lead to this.
You require a therapist and counselling sessions which would help to overcome this.In some cases if required even medications can help a lot.

Kindly visit a Physician for evaluation.Stop being alone and spend time with your friends and family.Do what you are fond of as music,swimming,driving etc.Do some form of exercise.Have healthy balanced diet.
