Does blending food destroy any nutrients?

What defincinies would I have to worry about?

Hi,

Ofcourse. A diet including fruits, veggies and nuts is certainly healthy. Go for it!
Also, blending does not destroy any nutrients. You can have them in any form you prefer, the point is all about having them regularly to stay hale and hearty.
