Welcome to e health forum.

Pain in the Gastrointestinal tract can be caused by a lot of causes, and the limited history provided does not help to give a proper diagnosis.

In case you have pain in the stomach, the most common cause can be Gastritis or peptic ulcer disease.

Adequate antacids (Tums, Mylanta, prevacid) and Omeprazole (Acid reducing medication) can help ‎‎relieve the symptoms due to excess gastric acid secretion.

Other causes of abdominal pain can be due to conditions like -Hepatitis, gall bladder inflammation (Cholecystitis ), Musculoskeletal pain‎, Gastritis, Colitis (inflammation of the colon) ‎or renal stones. ‎

You might consult with your doctor for a proper examination and specific treatment of the underlying cause.

I hope this helps.
