Alcohol and tylenol with Cipralex 10mg

I was recently diagnosed with depression and have been taking Cipralex 10mg for over a month now. I get migraines also and it's been difficult to deal with the pain because according to the medical instructions, I cannot take Advil. The instructions say nothing about not taking Tylenol, however. Does anyone know if Tylenol will interact with the medication?

Also, the instructions say that I need to avoid drinking alcohol. I'm a university student, though, and it's difficult to not drink altogether. Is it okay to have one drink? I definitely wouldn't have more than one drink per night (I'm super paranoid). I just want to make sure nothing serious would happen.
