after eliminating all trace of dairy my symptoms went away other than the occasional issue but for the past two months things have gotten worse, coming up every couple of days and for the past month every day without fail i am consumed by
-LOUD stomach noises
-excessive gas
-abdominal cramps(not related to menstruation)
-severe cramps for the first 24 hours of every period
-feeling bloated
-stomach ache
-sharp pains in the abdomen, sometimes radiating but usually come and go
-constantly tired
-loss of appetite
Every morning i get gassy and my stomach gets noisy, and i loose all interest in food and that is accompanied by cramping, bloating, scheing, nausea, and/or pain for at least a constant hour if not two or three, going to the bathroom doesn't bring much relief and while it consumes me in the morning the rest of the day it is background noise with the occasional burst of discomfort.I have been thinking maybe celiac or some intolerance?

Digestive and Bowel Disorders Answer A28626

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Stomach or intestinal gas is nothing but a mixture of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen and methane. Stomach gas can be ‎termed as the byproduct generated during the process of digestion. It is generally expelled from the body, either through the mouth or ‎through the rectum. When intestinal gas is expelled through the mouth, it is known as belching or burping, while passing gas through ‎the rectum is called flatulence or flatus. ‎

With respect to the gas and cramps, they can be reduced by use of probiotic supplements ‎which will improve digestion and Activated charcoal tablets.

In addition, regular physical exercise and abdominal toning exercises can help to bring about ‎normal intestinal bowel movements. ‎

Stress reduction, proper dietary practices, increased fibre intake are other steps that will be ‎helpful.‎
