User Profile
Last year, I donated a kidney to my sister, and for the last six months, my blood sugar goes down to 40 or like this morning before breakfast it was 189. Am I crazy or is there something wrong with me?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Sugar levels that variable should be evaluated for metabolic profile. Get a fasting blood sugar sample, with HBA1c and see what comes up. Brittle diabetes usually present this way.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
