Hello, I've been on the copper coil for 4 1/2 months, my periods are irregular but constant i.e( on for one week, off for another) i had my last period a month ago and havent had any since.
For the past 3 weeks + ive bloated out, my boobs are sore to touch and very tender and i have discharge coming out of them and also getting some cramp like pain in my lower stomach. I did a pregnancy test today but nothing come up and then after an hour there was 2 faint lines .. Is there any possibilty that i could be pregnant ??

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Women can get pregnant even with IUD inside. The symptoms (period pattern change, bloating, sore & tender breasts, breast discharge, abdominal cramps) that you describe could indicate pregnancy possibility. Urine pregnancy test kits usually start showing positive results after about 20 days post-conception (roughly corresponding to about 1 week after your missed/altered periods). The test should always be done on early morning first urine sample to get accurate results (pregnancy hormone HCG is believed to be in highest concentration in this sample, and you should avoid lot of fluid intake and caffeinated beverages in the night before taking the test). Read the test results within the specified time. Visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough evaluation and ultrasound scan/imaging tests to confirm the position and location of the IUD, along with thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and repeat blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). The IUD should be removed if pregnancy gets confirmed. Consider being in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
