afraid of what HPB and stress is doing to me and baby

I am 23 weeks pregnant and just found out my boyfriend of 4 years has been cheating on me. I have confronted him and he has not admitted anything. I have no family or friends where I live and I am so lonely. We were planning on getting married and the hardest thing is that I still love him. I suffer with high blood pressure and I am afraid of what this is doing to me and the baby. I have not slept in the past two days, can hardly eat. Don't know what to do. Broken hearted and I have no one I can confide in.

Hi, and thanks for your query on eHealth forum!

It is indeed a very tough phase to go through. At this point think only of your baby and your health. Practice yoga and meditation and please consult a doctor to manage your pregnancy. You could talk to your parents and friends in other cities and even take help of a counselor. Hope this helps. Take care!
