Have you tried hypnosis or brainwave methods? These were the techniques I used which helped cure my insomnia before. It was a long process of course and it will depend on how open and receptive you are about the idea. I am not much of a pill person. I hate subjecting myself to drugs. So I seek out alternative help first. If it doesn't work, then I go see my doctor after.
