I know medically it’s not considered an addiction, but you can’t tell me the internally producing dopamine doesn’t turn into a dependency. That’s pretty much where I am, how do I wean myself off of pleasure when it’s not a sex addiction, but a pleasure addiction? Is this pretty much a self regulation thing?
Thank you.

I think your okay pleasure is okay. honestly.

if it is a sex thing I recommend meeting one person and staying with one person, when I date a man who tells me I've only had one gf only slept with one gf. It just sounds soooo good.. All the best!

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Its self regulation thing. Its more associated with behaviour. You should focus on your routine activities and life style modification.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
