The guilt and mistrust about pornography can tear a marriage apart. Turning to pornography may cause your spouse to withdraw from the real relationship because of the instant gratification one receives from it when your husband/wife views pornyou may feel disrespected sum spouses start feeling insecure that they are not good enough for their mates this can create a wedge in the marriage.Pornography colud make it difficult for one of the partners to view sex as a loving form of communication as a result pornography can decrease sexual satisfaction within your marriage.Having to deal with watching a close up on a woman's vag, which is why i could never get into it like a lot of other people and i wud call em perverts.A porn movie cud seduce you so bad no matter you are sungle or you are in a relation its a desies by itself bcoz we just watch it but cant do it in real. And if ur parent catch u watching porno there will be a long awkward talk.

While pornography is mentioned in the DSM-5 when discussing various paraphilias, there is no such thing as porn addiction or health hazard due to consumption of pornography, according to the DSM-5. DSM-5 does not consider pornography to be a mental health problem.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Watching porn or masturbating having a partner when it starts affecting your marital life needs sex therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. It is an addiction and needs rehab.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
