I just want to add to this last post, I agree that you have to be careful when you make extreme changes to your body. If you go on a weight loss program, you need to ensure that you are getting the proper nutrition. One of the main reasons why your body may be storing fats is because of lack of nutrition, this will be an odd comparison but take for example a water mill. If you provide a lot of water, the mill will turn and create energy and will be successful, but if the mill is being powered by mud or oil instead, it will be sticky and slow and inefficient. So start the diet or weight loss by drinking a lot of water, I am not a nutritionist, but I have been on these products myself, and know how hard it can be to make a big life change with no one there to support you or prevent you from those cravings,
