Yesterday I tried to do some exercise, it is the first time I exercised of more than a year of not working out. After the work out I felt an acute pain on my right chest. I just would like to ask what would be the cause of the pain. I am a 25 year old man, that weigh like a 92 kilos. Thanks

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Muscular pain, pneumothorax and ischemic heart disease are the differentials in this case.
I would suggest you chest xray and ECG.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
