On top of one of my butt cheek i have lots of spots that are red but have a black center this only happend about a week ago and it hurts a lot, every time something touches the area where the spots are it hurts and sometimes even if nothing is touching them it hurts

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Though,it is unwise to comment without looking at the lesion,but it can be some furuncles or infection of the sweat glands.Apply some hot compress over the area and apply some antibiotic ointments like Betadine twice a day.Do not apply any oil or cream or lotion or even soap.Keep an eye about your symptoms and meet your doctor if that does not resolve within few days.
