Good evening!

I have been diagnosed with folliculitis in the buttock area. I have this for about 2 years, maybe more.
I first had it seen by a specialist in my home country Greece who gave me an antibacterial wash and a cream which I applied every day which I do not really remember what it did. It kinda helped but I could not visit him again.
However, I took second advice from a general practicioner who gave me a Hibiscrub. I remember the specialist dermatologist told me that it will never completely heal so I am not expecting wonders.
However, in order to contain this as much as possible, I want to ask.
Regarding the hibiscrub
- How often should I use it?
- Should I leave it on the skin after use or rinse it off?

Thank you very much!

Hibiscrub is commonly used as a skin cleanser and a disinfectant , it's also used In postoperative regimens to keep the wounds clean A better option in my view would be topical fucidin and kaolin poultice.
