Sir,

I had Acidity before, I getting relief by taking normal Antacid, And Seclo 20mg ( Omiprazole ) Since 2/3 month when I eat my lunch, dinner, whatever breakfast after finishing my eat.. I feel vomit, Not every time it only happens after I eat...Last week it become serious I vomit 2/3 times and night I become fever...For fever I taken normal paracetamol..Now I'm okay no fever but sometimes I feel bubble in my right chest upper, it's like something moving inside. It only happens for 2/3secs then okay... Sometimes I feel little pain in my right chest...Not all time..Now I am in panic...

Please suggest me what I should do now..And what is Relief

Your concern is appreciated
The symptoms described can be due to gastritis or pepetic ulcer test for h pylori should be done and if symptoms doesnt resolve then endoscopy can also be done. Continue taking PPIs and take small meals dont overburden your stomach , avoid cofee tea carbonated drinks spicy food citrus fruits etc
