Also doesn\'t digestive juices in saliva skill sperm? Why does sperm survive in saliva?

Thanks for the repeat query.
Saliva does not much of the digestive juices. The sperms get killed in the acidic environment of the stomach, not in saliva. In saliva they can stay alive for sometime as it is more pH balanced than gastric juice. If you had soaked your undergarment (containing semen) in HOT water, it will kill the sperms in few minutes. If the water that you used was not HOT but just Lukewarm, then there are chances that sperms can stay alive. Do not repeat this mistake again. If you are wiping off the semen, make sure it dries completely or wash it off with running water and soap (to ensure that sperms ate killed/washed away).
