Welcome to ehealthforum and thank you for trusting us.
I would like to help you in your query.
First of all cancer patients should be discussed with multiple disciplinary team and a treatment plan should be made.
Generally speaking the most common cause of HCC (liver cancer) is chronic hepatitis B or C virus followed by chronic alcohol intake. Depending upon several factors like size of the tumor etc it could be liver transplant resection of tumor or radio or chemotherapy among others.
About food once again alcohol should be avoided and normal balanced diet should be taken. Further please continue follow up with your concerned oncologist
Hope it answers your concern. Take care
Dr Khalil
