Abortion with misoprostol

I was 4weeks and some days pregnant and I took 800mcg of misoprostol yesterday and started bleeding about 3hours later with painful cramps but the bleeding was not heavy and it had lots of clots,today being the second day I still have little cramps with light bleeding like the end of my period was the abortion successful

Welcome to this forum.
I must say you that the misoprostol is not the drug which can act alone for an abortion. You need another medicine mifepristone for this. However, the bleeding is slight and you are not sure about the completeness. Nobody can,.as it's a very early pregnancy. What you can do, just wait for few days and after two weeks go for a scan. That's the way to say whether the process is complete or not.
